Science Communication – Debating – Design Thinking

Science Communication & Debating & Design Thinking for Secondary and Primary School Students, Museum Challenges Leiden, offers Science Communication Challenges within World Citizenship Education, and the Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations. It is an initiative of Vreemdetaal.nl in collaboration with De Leidse Aanpak, The Netherlands. The latter one consists of a network of about  50 partners. Partners vary from Higher education, local government, educators to companies in the city of Leiden. The mission is to discover and develop talents of 0-24 year olds within the Dutch Museum Code for Diversity and Inclusion.

Vreemdetaal.nl  is an award winning  open learning community. As a non profit our mission is to enable teachers to innovate their practice in a European community. Students and teachers from different countries in the world are sparring partners on curriculum development in language and literature.

Vreemdetaal.nl was awarded the Innovative Modern Foreign Language label by the European Commission and the Dutch, Turkish and Bulgarian Ministries of Education in 2008. Its approach is theme-based, project based collaboration in order to connect students and teachers.
